Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for both sides: ✅ Free Cancellation Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. ⚠️ Late Cancellation Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable. 🚫 No Show If the customer does not show up at the agreed location and time without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 🔁 Changes to Booking You may request to change your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled transfer.
